1 cup Nut milk(Milkadamia/Unsweet Almond)

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 scoops Perfect Keto MCT Powder – Salted Caramel

1 cup Ice

1 tsp ea. Choczero Chocolate & Caramel Syrup

1 Choczero Milk Chocolate Square

(If you have the macros top with whipped cream! You can also add Chia Seeds for Texture!)

*Good Pre/Post Workout Shake as well as a Substitute for BPC in the AMs


  • Add all ingredients into Nutribullet/Blender
  • Pulse until smooth
  • Drip syrups down inside of cup before you pour in shake
  • Top with chocolate square
