My name is Jennifer, and I am a mother, a wife, a ketoer, a mompreneur, a skincare business owner, a dog mom, a chef, and a South Floridian! Whew! That was a lot right?
I have had two children in 3 years. I lost 60lbs practicing a keto lifestyle after my first born and currently at a 85 lbs loss after my 2nd, and continuing to lose!
This is my personal blog where I am HERE to say (well write) that it is OK if you fall off course sometimes. The important thing is that you pick yourself back up and continue! Ketogenic dieting is what some call the newest "fad". I am here to explain that food is NOT "keto" or "not keto". That was a concept that I had to grasp as I dwindled through this lifestyle change. I had to figure it out on my own! Luckily, You won't have to.
This blog will contain EASY recipes to ketogenic dishes that I have cooked, multiple times, troubleshot them, and got them husband and kid approved! It will list where to purchase items or get the best deals, especially if I have a promo code to share with ya'll. Keto does NOT have to be hard. I see so many blogs, YouTube, and instagrams with recipes that BUSY people are not going to take the time to attempt. This blog will be simple! "Ain't nobody got time for that!"
This blog will also go through some of the trials and tribulations of Motherhood in general. I attempted multiple "diets" in attempts to lose the weight I had gained while pregnant. These things worked for me!
