Keto Cheese Pizza

Makes: 1 Medium Pizza

Nutrition: (4 slices/per slice): 8.1 NET carbs, 44.2 Fat, 42.3 Protein



Ingredients
3/4 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder 

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp Flax meal
12 oz mozzarella
1 egg

 4 oz cream cheese (for the crust)

(Any toppings wanted)

Directions
* Heat the cheese + cream cheese in 30 sec intervals until the cream cheese starts popping. Mix together until well combined.

* Mix all ingredients into a dough. Add dry ingredients first, then add the egg. If the cheese and dry ingredient mixture is no combining heat it in 30 sec intervals until it combines into a dough. 

* Spread the dough and cook approx 20 mins @ 375F
* Remove the crust + top with Raos Marinara and cheese (and optional toppings of choice)

* Bake an additional approx 7 - 10 mins with toppings until desired doneness

Tip! Line pan with Foil topped with parchment paper to prevent the crust from sticking!!!! grease the parchment paper with olive oil.
