Meatloaf

Makes 9 Servings

Ingredients

¼ cup Sukrin Gold

~2 lbs 80/20 meat Ground beef

1 oz Onion

1 oz Bell Pepper (or tri color peppers)

1/4 cup Almond Flour (you can also use Flax meal, this replaces oats in traditional meatloaf recipes)

optional: 1/4 cup crushed pork rinds (replaces oats)

1 tbsp Liquid aminos

½ cup Organic Ketchup (topping – use what you like)

1/2 tsp Olive Oil

½ cup Tomato Paste

Flavor god everything spice/spices of choice

2 eggs

Optional: Choc zero maple syrup


Directions

  • Combine Meat and all dry ingredients + veggies in a bowl (paste, ketchup, and sukrin gold is for the top!)
  • Add 2 eggs to the bowl and fold until all is mixed well. Add liquid aminos and olive oil.
  • Place into meatloaf pan, in over @425 for 25 mins
  • Remove pan (you can pour some of the fat around edges off)
  • Mix the paste, ketchup, and sukrin gold together and smear on top of meatloaf, place back into the oven for approx. 25 mins.
  • Slice into 9 servings (freezes well)
