Pork Chops

These are easy to make and also store in the freezer a few at a time.

  • S& P , then Brown both sides of pork chop on stove. You may also use spices such as Flavorgod Lemon Garlic (be careful bc other spices have sugar)
  • Once both sides are browned reduce heat, place 1 tbsp kerrygold butter in the pan and about 1 cup of chicken broth.
  • Let chops simmer in covered pan for minimum 15 mins (or until done to your liking)

  • Note: @AldiUsa has some of the best (thick cut) chops that are VERY good, Below is a Thin chop and a Thick Chop (thick needs cooked longer)
