Keto Burger Patty

Makes 4 burgers

("bun" is a Keto Everything Bagel)


approx 2 lbs ground beef

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp Ranch dressing

2 oz Goat cheese crumbles 

1 tbsp Sweet baby Ray's bbq sauce 

3 oz crushed pork rinds (I used spicy ones from aldi)

1 egg

salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Flavor God garlic seasoning

Optional: 3 tbsp Chia seeds (I use Chia seeds often to aid in digestion !) 


1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix/knead until well combined

2) Separate into 4+ burger patties and cook immediately OR freeze wrapped in saran wrap for future use
