Keto Beet Chips

1 large beet makes about 2 cups of chips

Ingredients

beet(s)

sea salt

table salt

olive oil spray


Directions:

1) Thin slice your beet (be careful it will stain!) use a mandoline slicer if you have one - otherwise cut as thin as possible)

2) line all pieces out on wax paper and sprinkle each piece with table salt. come back in 30 - 45 min and blot all moisture that has come to surface. *repeat if necessary

3) line baking sheets with wax paper or foil. Spray with oil and line pieces in rows on sheets. spray top of each piece with spray and sprinkle with sea salt

4) bake on 300 (low) for 45 - 60 mins

5) remove + enjoy! you may also store in a zip bag
